Role summary Scale’s Operations Planning Team sits at the intersection of Engagement Management (EM), GenAI Delivery, GTM, and Growth Ops. The Planning TPM reduces friction between customer requirements and delivery by centralizing planning, standardizing reporting, and driving consistent process execution across accounts.
